This Policy applies to the activities of Wild Flow Wellbeing, It explains how we handle personal information and comply with the requirements of:
· The Privacy Act 1988
· The related National Privacy Principles 2001
· The Health Records and Information Privacy Act 2002 No. 71, and
· The Privacy and Personal Information Protection Act 1988 No. 133.
Wild Flow Wellbeing collects personal information from clients and prospective clients and businesses for collaboration and support purposes. This information may include your contact details, date of birth, gender, health-related information and communication records. We collect most of this information directly from you on or before your initial session, and sometimes during the coaching process. We only collect information that is needed for a specific purpose, in the daily running of our business and in providing services and supporting you to best serve and work with you.
1.1 Storage/Security of Personal Information
Wild Flow Wellbeing will endeavour to take all reasonable steps to keep secure any information, which we hold about you, and to keep this information accurate and up to date.
We will only disclose your personal information to a third party when we have your consent to do so, or otherwise:
· Required by law; or
· To protect the rights, property or personal safety of another of our customers, one of our staff or any member of the public; or if
· The assets and operations of the business are transferred to another party as a going concern.
If you provide your personal information to us, we will give you the choice to unsubscribe from any email service that delivers further information about special offers, promotions, and changes to our products and services. If you indicate that you do not wish to receive these, we will not contact you further for these purposes. Please allow 28 days for your request to be processed.
Should you require the personal information we hold about you, you can request a copy in writing, your file will be made available to you within 30 days of the written request.

Should we need to update or change personal information that is inaccurate or out of date, or Have your personal information deleted (and we will take all reasonable steps to delete it unless we need to keep it for legal reasons (i.e. to avoid breaching the Public Records Act 1973).

If Wild Flow Wellbeing becomes aware of any ongoing concerns or problems concerning our practices, we will take these issues seriously and work to address these concerns.

Wild Flow Wellbeing is constantly growing, changing and evolving as a business, community and service, as a result, our policies will be reviewed and may be revised from time to time. We therefore reserve the right to amend this Policy at any time, without notice, within the bounds of the relevant Acts mentioned previously in this policy.
Wild Flow Wellbeing does not diagnose, treat, prevent or cure any disease or condition. Our service is not intended as a substitute for the advice, treatment and/or diagnosis of a qualified doctor. We do not make any medical diagnoses, claims and/or substitute for your personal doctor’s care. Please speak to your health care professional should you have any concerns. Our role is to partner with you to provide ongoing support and accountability as you create an action plan to meet and maintain your wellbeing goals.

Failure to adhere to these terms will result in legal proceedings which may incur fees and costs to you for damages and loss.

3.0 Disclaimer
Any form of services, consultations, coaching or training provided by Wild Flow Wellbeing is intended to offer insight and in no way constitutes legal, financial, professional, or physical advice for which a professional licence is required. As the client, you agree to receive coaching, yoga instruction, wellbeing tips and information as suggestions only and take full responsibility for any matters arising out of your participation, it is your full responsibility to seek your own professional advice in relation to any matter that needs further attention.
All content on this web site is for general information purposes only. Please see a medical psychiatrist, doctor and or similar professional if you need assessment and medication with depression, illness, or any other concerns whatsoever.

4.0 Refunds
We are not required by law to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind.
If you feel that the services, coaching, yoga or offerings are not relevant or serving your needs or expectations within the first 10 minutes, you can terminate the service and a full refund for any money paid will be offered.
For any other matters regarding refunds, please be advised we will consider each case individually and may not be able to offer a refund, for change of mind. By entering into an agreement, membership, event or package you acknowledge that are required to pay the set out fees and payment terms regardless if you use our services once purchased.

In the event of rain or circumstances out of our control refunds and or transfers will be offered
Should we need to cancel an event for our own reasons we will contact you as soon as possible and offer you a refund or transfer

Danielle Simpson (ABN 76 573 206 197) trading as Wild Flow Wellbeing is bound by Australian Consumer Law (ACL) to provide refunds in certain circumstances. This policy sets out our obligations.

5.0 Complaints
​
We put our clients at the heart of everything we do and making sure you’re happy with the support and programs we give you is important to us. However, sometimes we miss the mark and if you’re not satisfied with our customer service, coaching or training we want to know about it. It is your feedback that helps us improve our service and avoid making the same mistake twice.

We understand sometimes things happen, communications get misinterpreted. We are dedicated to supporting you and your unique experience to come to a reasonable resolution however please be aware that it is not always possible for us to offer you a refund.

We aim to resolve most issues quickly and informally, please be patient with your response as we have a very small team. We endeavour to reply to within 2 working days from when you get in touch
