Why is Laughter Yoga so profound
Laughter Yoga was developed in india in 1995 by a qualified medical doctor named Dr. Madan Kataria and is practiced all over the world by people of all ages

Dr Madan Kataria discovered that our minds and bodies could not recognise the difference between genuine laughter and intentional “acting out” laughing and that just 10 minutes of laughter yoga had the benefits of 30 minutes of cardio exercise making it the perfect practice for our busy modern world
The healing and wellbeing benefits have been experienced by those with health challenges like cancer, heart conditions and chronic mental health, helping to reduce cortisol, lower bood pressure, improve moods and cognitive ability and enhance social connections and happiness
