About the event
I'm excited for this event, we will begin with a fun yoga and mindfulness journey and finish our session with a nature craft activity
This event is being held at the Kingston Butter Factory so there are plenty of spots for a picnic on the grass or enjoy a day of it with lunch at the cafe afterwards
These workshops are suitable for kids 4-10 Years (Older and younger siblings and bubs are welcome as long at they are booked and registered)
