As a kids yoga teacher I am often asked how babies and toddlers can do yoga and how it can benefit them, so I have created this Free EBook to help get you and your little one started on your yoga and wellbeing journey.

For too long western society has labelled Yoga as woo woo, religious or only for fit and flexible people and I am here to reshape that understanding and help more people give it a try and experience the magic and transformative benefits for themselves
